Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCU75 N-Channel MOSFETs feature an AEC-Q101 qualification, ensuring high automotive reliability. The MCC MCU75 has Split Gate Trench MOSFET technology and a high-density cell design for ultra-low RDS(on), contributing to efficient performance. The MOSFETs have a Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 and a halogen-free "Green" designation for environmental considerations. The epoxy meets the stringent UL 94V-0 flammability rating, enhancing safety. Additionally, the lead-free finish ensures RoHS compliance, marked by the "P" suffix in the ordering information.
