L9177A Automotive Peripheral on Chip

STMicroelectronics L9177A Automotive Peripheral on Chip provides a full set of power supplies and signal-preprocessing peripherals needed to control a 2-Cylinder internal combustion Engine. The chip is made using ST BCD proprietary technology. BCD combines the strengths of three different process technologies onto a single chip. Bipolar for precise analog functions, CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) for digital design and DMOS (Double Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor) for power and high-voltage elements. The L9177A is ideal for low-end applications like small motorcycles, K-cars, nautical engines, etc.
