Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX11254 Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter
Analog Devices Inc. MAX11254 Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is a 24-bit ADC that achieves exceptional performance while consuming very low power. With sample rates for this device up to 64ksps, it allows precision DC measurements. The MAX11254 communicates via an SPI serial interface and is available in a small (5mmx5mm) TQFN package. The MAX11254 offers a 6.2nV/√Hz noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with gain settings from 1x to 128x. The integrated PGA provides isolation of the signal inputs from the switched capacitor sampling network. The PGA also enables the Maxim MAX11254 to interface directly with high-impedance sources without compromising the available dynamic range.Features
