ams OSRAM 4LS High-Speed Line Scan Image Sensors are optimized for applications requiring fast line rates at high resolutions for outstanding image quality. The 4LS sensors are available in 5k, 10k, and 15k resolutions. The ams OSRAM 4LS High-speed line scan image sensors feature a low noise pixel with true CDS and global shutter, allowing fully pipelined readout and integration. These sensors also feature configurable output bandwidth and high speed up to 119 kLines/s x 4 lines at full resolution. The ams OSRAM 4LS High-speed line scan image sensors can be used in applications such as high-end web inspection, food sorting, and print inspection.
