Analog Devices Inc. ADuM4151 SPIsolator Digital Isolators

Analog Devices ADuM4151 SPIsolator™ Digital Isolators consists of 7-channel dedicated 5kVrms digital isolators optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs) with 2/1 aux channel directionality. Developed using Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® chip-scale transformer technology, the low propagation delay in the CLK, MO/SI, MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals support SPI clock rates of up to 17MHz. These channels operate with a 14ns propagation delay and 1ns jitter to optimize timing for SPI. The ADuM4151 isolators also include two additional independent low data rate isolation channels, one channel in each direction. Data in the slow channels are sampled and serialized for a 250kbps data rate with 2.5μs of jitter.
