Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADAU7112 Evaluation Board
Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-ADAU7112 Evaluation Board provides a demonstration and performance testing platform for the ADAU7112 Stereo PDM to PCM Converter. The ADAU7112 converts Pulse Density Modulation (PDM) data into a 24-bit Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) audio stream, which is output via standard Inter-IC Serial (I2S) or Time Domain Multiplexed (TDM) format. The I2S/TDM serial interface of the ADAU7112 is accessible via header pins on the evaluation board, providing the PDM data and the clock interface.
The evaluation board can be powered in several ways:
- External 5VDC power supply and ground using the J14 header
- External 5VDC adapter (not included) using the J8 power barrel connector
- Directly powered using external power supplies that bypass the onboard regulators
Onboard regulators derive supplies of 3.3V, 1.8V, and 1.2V. Current measurements of the ADAU7112 can be performed with the supplied header pins.
