Analog Devices Inc. LTM4642 DC/DC μModule® Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4642 DC/DC μModule® Regulators are complete dual 4A or single 8A step-down micromodules with a switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and all support components. The LTM4642 operates over 4.5-20V input voltage ranges (2.375V min with external CPWR bias). The regulators support two outputs with 0.6-5.5V voltage ranges, set by a single external resistor. Analog Devices LTM4642 provides a high-efficiency design that delivers 4A continuous current (5A peak) for each output.
