Bourns TISP61089QB Overvoltage Protectors

Bourns TISP61089QB Overvoltage Protectors are a quad forward-conducting buffered p-gate overvoltage protectors. Bourns TISP61089QB device protects two monolithic SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) on the telephone line from overvoltages from lightning, AC power contact, and induction. Rated for ITU-T, YD/T-950 10/700, and Telcordia Intra-building impulses, this quad voltage-programmable protector features a wide -20V to -155V programming range, low 5mA maximum gate triggering current, and high 150mA minimum holding current. Bourns TISP61089QB Overvoltage Protectors are ideally suited for SLIC card protection VoIP and FXS ports on EPON, GPON, or xDSL CPE equipment.
