Dura-Con / Cinch Connectivity Solutions Plastic D-Sub Micro-D Connectors
Dura-Con / Cinch Connectivity Solutions Plastic D-Sub Micro-D Connectors feature a low-profile, all-plastic shell for lightweight applications where no shielding is required. Both the plug and the socket are offered in 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, and 51 positions. Dura-Con / Cinch Plastic D-Sub Micro-D Connectors feature a twist pin contact made from a precision miniature spring cable with a welded tip for long-lasting durability. Termination styles for the DCDA series include solder cup, uninsulated solid wire, and insulated stranded wire. The termination styles for the M83513 series are solder cup, gold-plated solid wire, and insulated stranded wire. Additional options include Dura-Con connectors engineered to MIL-DTL-83513 / MIL-C-83513 standards.
The Micro-D tools and hardware include jackscrews, jackposts, nuts, clips, and washers. The jackscrews feature a minimum tensile strength of 125000ps and are built using nonmagnetic corrosion resistant steel. The jackpost and nuts feature corrosion resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M and EITHER ASTM A276 or ASTM A582/A582M. The clip and washers feature corrosion resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M.
