MicroWave Technology GaN Amplifiers (MGA) are high-power amplifiers with state-of-the-art linear power-added efficiencies in multiple frequency bands. These amplifiers are based on advanced robust GaN device technology and employ 802.16x 64QAM modulation test patterns. The GaN amplifiers offer excellent reliability. These amplifiers are ideally suitable for 802.16d/e WiMax, 802.11b WLAN, telemetry, and point-to-point radio applications.
