Infineon EVAL_2KW_ZVS_FB_CFD7 2kW ZVS Phase-shift Full-bridge Evaluation Board is a platform for the ZVS DC-DC converter for telecom rectifiers with an output voltage from 45 to 56VDC and an output power of 2kW. The ZVS DC-DC Converter offers an input voltage between 350-420VDC (typical 385VDC) and a switching frequency of 100kHz on the primary side. The EVAL_2KW_ZVS_FB_CFD7 provides a high-power density and optimal use of CoolMOS™ and OptiMOS™ BiC devices.
