Melexis MLX92216 Hall-Effect Switches

Melexis MLX92216 Hall-Effect Switches are ultra-low-power switches with integrated logic for automatic sleep/awake sequencing. These switches feature push-pull type output, a unipolar direct south switch magnetic function, and 90ms typical sleep time. The MLX92216 switches include under-voltage reset protection functionality and do not require external components. These switches do not include an enable pin. The MLX92216 switches offer 1.5mT typical hysteresis, 4mT/2.5mT (BOP/BRP) magnetic thresholds, and 1.7μA typical average supply current (at VDD=5V). These switches operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and 1.6V to 5.5V voltage range. The MLX92216 switches are used in consumer electronics, medical appliances, proximity sensors, white goods, smart locks, and IoT devices.
