Microchip Technology ATmega4808 Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology ATmega4808 Microcontrollers (MCUs) of the megaAVR® 0-series uses the AVR® processor with hardware multiplier. These MCUs run up to 20MHz, up to 6kB of SRAM, and 256bytes of EEPROM in the 28, 32, or 48-pin package. The ATmega4808 MCUs use technologies with a flexible, low-power architecture, including an event system and sleepwalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals. These MCUs offer a range of Flash sizes from 32kB to 48kB in a 32-pin package.
