Microchip Technology ATtiny1607 Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology ATtiny1607 Microcontrollers use the high-performance, low-power AVR® Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) architecture. These MCUs can run up to 20MHz and include 16KB flash memory, 1024 bytes of SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM in a 24-pin package. The ATtiny1607 MCUs use the latest technology with a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System and SleepWalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals.
