Newhaven Display COG and TFT LCD Displays offer fast response times, high brightness and contrast, wide operating temperatures, and are ISO 9001 certified and RoHS/REACH compliant. These COG and TFT LCD Display Modules are offered in a broad range of sizes and types to suit a wide variety of applications. Newhaven Display COG (Chip-On-Glass) Displays feature a display controller IC etched directly into the glass rather than on an external PCB. This design eliminates the need for external graphics controllers, offers per-pixel control of the display buffer, and simplifies design.
Newhaven Display TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) Displays are active-matrix LCD modules with full RGB color screens. These screens exhibit bright, vivid colors and have the ability to show fast animations, complex graphics, and crisp custom fonts, with the added option for resistive or capacitive touchscreens. The Mountable TFT LCD Modules are available in 3.5-inch, 4.3-inch, 5-inch, 7-inch, and 10-inch variants. These LCD modules offer 1024xRGBx600, 320xRGBx240, 480xRGBx272, and 800xRGBx480 resolutions.
