PANJIT PEC32 ESD Protection/TVS Diodes

PANJIT PEC32 ESD Protection and TVS Diodes are compact, high‑performance ESD and transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes designed to protect sensitive electronics from electrostatic discharge, surge events, and other transient threats. These devices provide robust IEC61000‑4‑2 ESD immunity, rated at ±15kV air and ±8kV contact, with enhanced capability up to ±30kV, along with IEC61000‑4‑5 surge handling from 5A to 10 A (8/20µs) depending on model.

Featuring low leakage current (≈0.5µA), low dynamic resistance, and low capacitance around 20pF, the PANJIT PEC32 devices are well‑suited for protecting high‑speed data lines and small‑signal interfaces without degrading signal integrity. The diodes are available in multiple compact package options (including DFN1006‑2L, SOT‑23, and other miniature footprints), offering flexibility for space‑constrained PCB layouts. All variants are RoHS‑compliant, use green molding compounds, and support a wide -55°C to +150°C operating range.
