ScioSense UFM-02 Ultrasonic Flow Sensing Modules
ScioSense UFM-02 Ultrasonic Flow Sensing Modules are designed for pipe diameters ranging from 3/8" to 1.5". These cost-effective modules utilize ScioSense’s static, contactless ultrasonic technology, eliminating the need for moving rotors used in traditional Hall sensor-based flow sensors. The UFM-02 devices have no moving parts, extending their operational lifetime when used per specifications. The multiple interface options, including pulse output and SPI, facilitate easy integration into embedded systems. ScioSense UFM-02 Ultrasonic Flow Sensing Modules can directly measure drinking water flow, are suitable for food-grade applications, and offer at least ±5% accuracy at higher flow rates. The series also detects ultra-low flow rates, making it ideal for leakage detection and precise control of water flow and temperature in various appliances, including water purifiers, heat pumps, and smart faucets.
