STMicroelectronics HFDAx0D Class-D Automotive Audio Amplifiers are designed for modern infotainment and cockpit systems. These high-performance 4-channel amplifiers are built using advanced BCD technology and operate at a high 2MHz switching frequency, enabling compact PCB designs and reduced output filter costs. The STMicroelectronics HFDAx0D supports wideband audio up to 40kHz with exceptionally low total harmonic distortion (THD) and noise, delivering premium sound quality suitable for OEM-grade applications.
These amplifiers feature robust diagnostic capabilities, including independent channel monitoring, load detection, and protection mechanisms, ensuring system reliability and speaker safety. With support for I2S and TDM digital inputs (up to 16 channels), fast turn-on, and low latency, the amplifiers are ideal for applications such as active noise cancellation and high-speed audio processing. Compatible with start/stop vehicle systems, the compact LQFP48L packaging makes them versatile solutions for space-constrained automotive environments.
