TE Connectivity Side Protection Spring Fingers

TE Connectivity's (TE) Spring Fingers can be used in all types of small printed circuit board applications across all industries to provide grounding between a device and the PCB. These spring fingers -- also known as shield fingers, grounding springs, or universal ground contacts -- offer s shielding for anything that causes vibrations within a device, such as motors, speakers, and microphones. TE Spring Fingers are available in heights as low as 0.4mm and up to 7mm and accommodate soldering and pick-and-place using standard equipment. Typical applications include mobile phones, wearable devices, game consoles, tablets, patient monitoring devices, POS scanners, security systems, and GPS devices.
