Toshiba TLP3475W PCB Mount Photorelay

Toshiba TLP3475W PCB Mount Photorelay comprises a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED and is housed in a WSON4 package. This PCB mount photorelay features a low CR product and meager on-state resistance, thus delivering a high on-state current. The TLP3475W photorelay also features a low output pin capacitance and low off-state current, which makes it ideal for high-frequency measuring instrument applications. This PCB mount photorelay offers low insertion loss of a high-frequency signal and inhibits the decay of a rapidly rising signal. The TLP3475W photorelay is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 48V and boasts a 12pF typical output capacitance. This PCB mount photorelay operates within the -20°C to 100°C operating temperature range and is halogen-free. Typical applications include measuring instruments, high-speed memory testers, high-speed logic IC testers, Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), and probe cards.
