Bourns SM453229A-381N7Y Automotive-Grade 10/100/1000 Base-T Chip LAN Transformers are IEEE 802.3 Ethernet compatible network transformers. Unlike traditional LAN transformers made using multiple toroidal core transformers and common mode chokes, these Bourns transformers utilize a discrete, center-tapped component wound on a drum core. This design feature enables the transformers to emulate the result of a toroid core with a closed magnetic path, with the added benefit of a high degree of PCB layout flexibility. Bourns SM453229A-381N7Y AEC-Q200 LAN Transformers are ideal for Ethernet, telecommunications, and other applications.
